Late Work Policy:
- Generally, work is due at noon on Monday (not midnight). However, there are some assignments that have interim dates (like discussion boards or require two or more postings on different days. Those requirements are listed in each assignment.
- For most assignments if you notify me in writing (via email), before the assignment due date that you will not be able to hand in an assignments on time we can set a new due date and you are eligible for full credit. I will respond to your email and you must reference my permission email in your assignment submission. The notification is up to you. I do not keep a record of permission except as an email and will mark it late if you don't remind me.
- Certain assignments cannot be extended. This includes all Discussion Forums and all group work. Other work will be marked in the assignment if it cannot be handed in late.
- NOTE: You get full credit for Observation hours only if associated assignment is completed on time.
- If you do not notify me but, you hand in the assignment late, I will accept eligible work for partial credit. HOWEVER, in either case no extension is given or work accepted for credit beyond the end of the session/week following the original due date. I will provide feedback but not a grade.
- I will attempt to get work back to you graded with comments before the end of the following session/week and always before your next assignments are due.
